Dow•Howell•Gilmore•Associates Inc teamed with Kalamazoo Interior designers from SKP Design to create a unique and exciting restaurant, unparalleled in Kalamazoo. A bright, colorful palette was used throughout in an array of finishes including- terrazzo, metals, light fixtures and fabrics.

A large Main dining room opens to an outdoor terrace with seating and outdoor fireplace. The bar is a more casual area with specialty lighting that scrolls through a spectrum of color. Zazios Fresh is located within the restaurant and has wine and fresh ingredients available for sale. Perhaps the most unique aspect of Zazios is the demonstration kitchen that seats 22 people who are able to enjoy the experience of the chef making a five course meal. Televisions throughout the restaurant broadcast the presentation. Zazios is a fresh, new approach to restaurant design and promises to provide an exciting dining experience.
