The new building will is an addition to the Radisson Plaza Hotel, a 650,000 square foot hotel and conference center.

The new facility will add 72 guestroom suites, meeting rooms, and restaurant expansion to the current “Four-Diamond” property, plus a 20,000 square foot corporate office space. This new work also includes renovation of the existing 1964 building exterior to be integrated with the new design.

Besides the new tower addition, we have been involved for several years with numerous interior renovation projects at the hotel, which include conversion of several guestrooms into upper scale Guestroom Suites and, Board Room, and remodeling of the of the public space and Retail Corridors and Main Lobby areas of the hotel.
