Owned by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, this $1.7 million project included a redesigned and enlarged front desk, water wall, lobby bar, revolving entry door and renovated drop off portico and entry vestibule.

In addition, new flooring was installed for the Michigan Ballroom, pre-function area, sales office and retail mall.
